Thanks, Ursula. I think it is important to say that I am a very low stress person. I'm not angry with anyone and I hope both sites succeed. Plant Files has been a blessing for me as I use it often when writing MG presentations. My wish is the old gang all wind up back together again so we can share, laugh and learn.

Welcome aboard Jim! We can have the best of both worlds. You have a beautiful property, and I'm glad you decided to post it over here for us. Hurray!

Jim, I knew you would be appreciated here and hoped you would join us. And you did! Thanks so much. I always love to see what you grow which is so different from New England. So I thought! I have 2 of those Red Heart Rose of Sharons!

What a lovely fountain. Many of the plants you grow are very foreign to me, so they are interesting to hear about. The Duranta, golden dewdrop is beautiful.

The Garden Treasure bloom is wonderful. Tell me more about it. Is it a peony?

It is an itoh peony, a cross between an herbaceous peony and a tree peony. I also have this Summer Carnival open

It's great to see so thanks for posting. We don't have them here in Florida.

I never thought I'd ever have a full sun garden. So when I did, I went wild. This is in my small and only shade garden. Cyp reginae.

Here's an unusual siberian iris from Schafer/Sacks. Miss Apple. I got this last year at the iris society auction.

Your garden looks like it's certainly going to be putting on a fine show for your open house. The red roses on the barn are wonderful and so are the Itoh peonys. Everything looks postcard perfect.

My second Pseudata Iris opened today. This is Shirayoshi.

Haven't posted in awhile, but spent some time today enjoying all of your lovely flowers. We have been busy getting ready to return to AR. Our daylilies are putting on quite a nice show.
