Wonderful daylily show. This is my favorite and I've forgotten the name of it. If it looks a little foggy, it is because it was so humid outside this morning that my lens kept fogging up.

Another foggy pic but this is a loblolly bay. It is really a tree but it came under attack by nematodes and was reduced to just one branch. I applied BayerTree and Shrub Insect Control and saved it but it is still in bush mode. I expect it to grow back into a tree in a couple of years.

This is a dwarf pomegranate tree. It makes a great shrub to about 5 feet, with pretty red flowers.

Another picture of the blooms on the blanchetiana bromeliads. They are really quite spectacular.

Now that the night of the big stink has passed, the blooms have faded and the foliage is shooting up. Here is the Amorphophallas as it looks today. Every year there are more and more of these beautiful little trees.

Here is the Cordyline australis that I bought to replace the screw pine. Once it gets a little bigger, I think it will do fine.

That's enough for now. I'll leave you with a look at the fountain from another direction.
