Better drink lots of wine so you can drool next spring Rob! But you should be able to sit out side and drool all spring looking at your own irises! You have planted a bunch.

Yesterday I cut loose the bee seedpod on Tiger Honey (my avatar). I'd read an article about how you can be watching
the seed pod develop and it can explode when you aren't watching!

The pod was turning brown. It now sits in a little cloth bag. Now I need advice on whether to open it myself or wait till it opens itself.

I don't know. I have bee pods but I have been told that one will be empty because it does not have seeds and the other one will be eaten by bugs I cant see. I wanted to get the seeds and send then to someone who likes to grow them. I don't have the room and I keep buying irises. It is time for me to admit I have a problem..... as soon as I can figure out the problem...
