Wait, I just saw on the radar some small rain showers in the far North central part of California. Does this mean that Rob has finally donned his pink tu tu!!!!!

I washed and waxed all of the cars this weekend, so of course I had to get some rain.

...

It was a very short lasting rain, maybe 15-20 minutes or so, but I'll take it.

It was the most moisture I've seen in several months! Soon after it stopped raining, the sun came out and dried it all up.

Next time, I'll give the Wisconsin method a try and wash and wax the cars wearing the tutu.

I thought it would be interesting to see my Historic iris bed "out of season"!
Here it is during iris season and Here it is today

One of my favorite lilies in that bed.

I'm not sure of the name Debra, It was one of those I bought from a cheap vendor, and it wasn't what it was supposed to be. I called and complained, and they sent a replacement, but it was still the same one. So I have two of them, and don't know it's name. It's way to pretty to worry about the name though. It will reach 6 feet tall some years. Very fragrant too.

I was thinking maybe Conca d'Or, Sue. I had it for two years, then it disappeared. Really nice blooms on it, Tom.

My guess, Intermediate Bearded Iris (Iris 'Loreley').
