What? No offer of a guard chicken? Are they worth more than a horse? If you give the horse away, who is going to tamp down your iris boxes so you can fit more in? So many questions!

I have 22 horses, yes, I sold one, so I'm down to 22, plenty to cram irises into boxes. I have weeding chickens and guard dogs. The chickens are too chicken to guard! I might just send a dozen of the pre-natally trained eggs home with him to hatch! No body can have my guard dogs!

I wouldn't trade my alarm dogs. They don't guard anything except their treats, but I will never, ever need to pay for a wired system while I have them.

Hey, and guess what my son got from some gals in his old neighborhood today. Another BOX of rhizomes! There must be at least 40+ in there. We don't know what they are, but they have been growing on a family property for years. They are going in the "Rosemont NoID" section. We will ID them as they bloom. June is going to be crazy around here!
