Too humid here today. Hot and sticky, sticky.

You said it, Rita! My handyman was supposed to come over this afternoon to fix my gate, but decided it was too hot to be working outside! Well, smart man...

He is either a smart man or very independe ntly wealthy. Most handymen I know need to work when they can.

I forgot to tell you, the weather is beautiful and I am off to the horse show. Later.

Humidity is gone, and I am glad. It will get to the 80s today, maybe because it is cloudy and partly sunny. I don't care as long as there is no humidity.

Horse show was hot yesterday but my girl Grace won 3 blue ribbons....love that kid. She is so tiny but what a great little rider she will be someday.

Lily is getting to be the social butterfly as she has all these doggy friends she keeps meeting up with. In fact just now she met her little friend Pepper also going on her walk.

Earlier this afternoon Lily saw other doggy friend including Zack the Goldendoodle that is her best friend and favorite.

Cloudy and cool today in my section of New Jersey. Certainly feels like Fall is in the air.

We only got 3/8 inch rain yesterday, but that's not nothing! It's been cool and overcast so far today and a chance of more rain later. Fingers crossed!

'Course, it just started maybe ten minutes ago, so how much rain is still to be discovered. But, rain!

It was cold last night, I had to put on a blanket. But simply a stunner of a day today. Some friends and I walked down to the shore with our dogs. It just looked so pretty out today.
