Oh no, Lily doesn't need the sweater yet but will when it gets cooler.

I have a park and beach directly across the street from me but no dogs allowed. So we walk to this one, very close. There is also another dog friendly park where I take Lily so she can run off leash. And two other park/beaches here in town. Plus a nature preserve if you walk to walk your dog on trails in the woods.

That's a gorgeous beach and yes, this weather here too has been stunningly beautiful.

But. still. no. rain.

I have stopped believing in rain, really.

It's raining! Has been all afternoon and meant to continue into the night. We're forecast to have about 3/4 inch total.

That's very nice. A very respectable rain. Too bad that it's probably only going to bring the September total up to an inch and a half! We're not forecast to have any more rain for the rest of the week. No point in looking at next week yet!

Still, it's a nice rain. I'm glad for it.

Supposed to rain here also for overnight and tomorrow. They are saying periods of heavy rain.

Raining here also. Rain started around 7 AM maybe and should keep at it all day. Pretty much staying inside today.

We got about 5/8ths of an inch yesterday. Today it's been kind of misty and overcast but no more rain.

Ah well. At least that pushed us over one inch for the month!

Rain stopped, sun is shining and hopefully we have some calm weather for a few days. The wind was driving me crazy.

We have a light rain right now. I wish it would accumulate some! Mostly it's just dampening surfaces, and not expected to do more than that.

Cloudy today. Nice day to work.....maybe I should get off this computer and do that.

It is nice weather to work here too, but I am actually between projects, aside from digging out more Smilax and that I want to wait until I encounter the neighbor to ask if I can dig some out on her side of the fence.

Good to have a day of doing almost nothing.
