Well Rob, they don't make cakes large enough to hold that many candles. If they did, it would make the aurora borealis look like small stuff! Besides I didn't have cake. I had a giant steak burrito!

well, Vi, if you use the old way of telling the days apart it is not a new day until the sun banishes the night sooooo, your wishes are still right on time. lol
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?
Marilyn... here are some pictures of it really liked the color of the flower it was a highlight with so few blooming at home but of course as you can see from the picture there was no increase so won't get to see it in a normal year. The good news is there are another 60 or so plants from the cross that lived and are doing well so something to look forward to in May. This one comes from (Terracotta Bay x Class Ring)
Mary Ann ...yes that is the metal edge I use but recently found some that is a little heavier gauge metal and in 16ft lengths. I think it will work better not as many joints in it. Do you remember these pinks from the spring they are still waiting on you
Rob …I thought you might need a reminder of what could possibly be at the Ghio sale at a really discounted price Just trying to help
That is a really nice red one. Did the rhizome die out and not increase? It still might send out something yet. Man, It makes me glad I bought all those irises when I see these pictures! Now I'm aready waiting for spring.

Brad...too bad about the streaked red. It would have been interesting to see more blooms. I absolutely love the pink and white one (on the right) that you posted for Mary Ann! I think I've seen it before but can't remember what it is called. Can you share the name please?!!
Oh -- be still, my heart!!! Brad -- you just put my name on both of those beautiful pinks!! I will be first in line for any divisions next year!!
Your red seedling is wonderful. Hope it produces some side rhizomes for you, yet. I've been finding little green leaves on rhizomes that I thought I had lost. Don't give up hope!!!

Well, I have both of those pinks. The one on the left is Star Turn, and the one on the right is Emblematic. In fact I think I have most of them, not sure what that yellow one is above "Going Big Time" I think it may be "Your's Truly", if it is, I got that one in my Suprise Package. I really think that Suprise Package is almost as good as going to the one hour sale. Especially for those of us who don't live close enough to make that happen. It's like getting a whole box of bonuses! All you guys who went to the sale need to let us know what you got!

Well lucky you, Tom!! And thank you for the names. Curious -- what's the name of that gorgeous lavender thing in the lower right-hand corner of the collage?

Two questions...What is this Surprise Package Tom? ...and since Joe Ghio does not have a website is there an email address, or how do you contact him to get on his mailing list?
