Not bad for a plant I put in a basket hung from the trees along with my orchids and Epiphyllum and didn't fuss over.

Sally, your buds are farther along than mine. I don't pay any attention to those except when they are blooming. There's a few individuals with white blooms that are in pots with other plants, in varying amounts of light from almost no direct sun to all morning sun.

Yes I have a bougainvillia in my house. I don't want to risk losesing it over the winter. I had it in my house last winter too. It bloomed beautifly all winter. What can I say

That's so awesome! Inspirational. I'd rather have a Boug blooming in the house over winter than when outside for summer. I'm about to declare myself sick of plants when it's too hot outside to even care about going to see what they are doing.

A local Wegmans grocery last year had forced Amaryllis for $10, I thought they were a decent buy also.

i picked up a gorgeous little pink Holiday Cactus, it looks very close to 'Madame Butterfly'.

My older possible 'Caribbean Dancer' has good buds and started opening a couple weeks ago. it's a 2nd rebloom in Miami.
I think due to stronger sun here they start earlier.
