Philip, always glad to see a reblooming Amaryllisf
Well Margaret, you will get a laugh from this. Remember I said the replacement Fiesta looked healthier. Well it looked healthier because it isn't Fiesta. It opened today and It is Spotlight. WFF substituted ( I always specify no substitutions on my orders) but used the FIESTA LABEL. I bet that they realized that they had a bad batch of Fiesta after my first bulb was shipped. So they took the remaining Fiestas out of their inventory, and substituted Spotlight. Boy are they going get a piece of my mind this afternoon. In ten years, of my dealings with them, this is the first time they've pulled this stunt on me. This was not a packing error, this was out and out dishonesty.

Barbara, I sure do remember the new healthy "Fiesta" and that is not funny at all, that stinks, and they deserve a piece of your mind. Angry

I'm not sure how many, but probably around 12. They really go to town in that section of the yard.

I agree I've got some planted in the ground. I need to put some fertilizer around them. I'm looking forward to seeing them bloom.

!st to open for these late appearers...I think it's Red Lion, one of the more available amary's. I'm pretty sure the other two w/ buds are Tres Chic and Temptation; there's 3 more but they may need another summer outside to be able to make a re-appearance.

Double Picotee that has been open for a few days. Fresh blooms are more white.

Unable to help in your name quest. I've one myself in need of identification, a double white -

This is 1 of the 2 I knew would bloom though I thought it would be Temptation (which it obviously isn't). The other late bloomer is definitely Tres Chic, I'll post a pic if able to get a good one.
