Beautiful blooms, Debra. My Clematis are still in bud form and my scream iris has not set a bloom stalk so I will enjoy yours. smiles Your photos always make me feel cheerful. I think you somehow attach your garden emotions to them.
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

NOID Clematis I got two years ago from mamajack. Hoping she is coming to see me tomorrow and I will find out if she can identify it for me.
Might be Pink Champagne, Arlene. After Sue's post, I had a "duh" moment and went back through mamajack's Clematis sale threads. Her daughter's new dog romped through some of her Clematis last year, the tags were lost, and she sold those as NOIDS on a later sale. I will take more photographs as it ages.
These flowers are what I should have to work with tomorrow making up vases and a bouquet for my sister. The Taiyo tree peony bloom will be the center of the bouquet, with blooming Thyme instead of baby's breath. Have a box of four inch high salt and pepper shakers (to glue to the back of the glass plate flowers) that will work really well as vases for the tiny flowers. Cut samples of the small ones to test overnight, seeing if I can make up some of the vases today, instead of trying to make a bunch tomorrow. And they should be good. Almost all the larger ones are single blooms or stalks and I will cut them tomorrow.

Debra the garden is lOOking beautiful for sure.
Like Bonnie, I too got a tree peony seedling from a friend a few years back. It was so small, I enclosed it with a home made cage to protect it. It had a couple blooms in 2013 and several in 2014. Looking forward to see what it is going to do this year.
Made the small 'vases' and like most of the results. A good photograph would be difficult given the lighting, but this one shows them okay. Not a square picture, so you will have to click on it for the full image. Not sure if I want to tie yellow ribbon around them. Saving the soft, pale green satin ribbon for the bouquet tomorrow.
