Toni, click on the Roses forum in the upper left to take you to the main forum page then scroll down to the bottom right.
I think we'll have to put in requests for a Home tab and the Watch Forums at the top like it was on DG.

Charleen, if you mean Toni's avatar of the lavender rose, that can be different depending on how many posts per page your preferences are set up for. The default is 20, I have mine set to 60 so I have less pages per thread. Big Grin

Charleen - That's just to watch a thread, not a forum. I *have* GOT to get new glasses 'cuz I'm not finding any "watch forum" button ANYWHERE. It better not be a snake 'cuz it's probably gonna bite me in the ***.

Zuzu, it may take a bit for everyone to get moved over to the new site. My mother is in town for a visit and we went ROSE SHOPPING! We drove to a nursery 2 hours away and woohooooo! They had roses half price and they looked fantastic! I about keeled over from the heat and humidity in their greenhouse but I came home with 13 new roses in 3 gallon pots.
Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!
Ones I'm real happy about are Cl Cancan, Daddy's Little Girl, (a 2010 Carruth mini), and 8 Austins I've wanted for a long time. Port Sunlight and Windermere look sooooo lovely. They all smell delicious, too. Carding Mill has blooms that change colors as they age, a trait I love.
I also came home with some Cajun tropical hibiscus, which are kind of hard to come by. Then, to top off a great day, it rained tonight! I was feeling guilty about going shopping instead of staying home to water, but it all worked out just fine. Lovey dubby
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.

Wow, Cindi! I don't have any of those but Carding Mill. I can't wait to see photos of them.

Funny about the rain. Nature's on your side. Smiling

Daddy's Little Girl is a lot more pink than purple. And Windemere is such a beautiful rose, but I'm not really into the pink ones. But they're very cold hardy & are highly recommended for my area here, so they should do fine for you! Smiling

But it could be Charleen's pet chicken, raised by hand, and it may think she is momma hen! And maybe that chicken is a bug and snail eater, that is good value too!

Then again, maybe she just is a dag gummed chicken! Whistling

LOLLLLLLLLLL.. that's why DH won't let me have chickens long-term or bunnies at all, he knows I'll just make 'em into dinner. I did raise 2 White Silkies, but when 1 turned out to be a rooster, I sold the pair. It was fun, probably will do it again next year get 'em as chicks, raise 'em until they're big, then sell 'em off. People usually don't eat silkies... they have black skin & really dark meat. They also have 5 toes!

Abigail is called a sexlink chicken. I lost one to heat this week and he was a young Dominecker. Poor Louie.
But she really is a good bug catcher...
what can I say? I'm a whimp! when it comes to butchering did enough of that when I was younger, after over a 100 chickens I said "No more, I'll buy them first" I was so tired of butchering chickens. so was my sister.
