Gale, that eyed pink one with the gilt edge is eye catching! And it's an EMO and CMO, too! Congratulations!

My spring volunteer seedling has better symmetry today, though I don't like what one petal is doing. The color is still puzzling... I suspect it is a blend of lavender and pink. Not, alas, an EMO or a CMO. (The image was taken at 8:27 this morning.)



The cream seedling was open again today, and so I put the pollen on everything that wasn't polymerous or red. I'm fed up with daylily flowers that don't open well!

Lilydaydreamer, I like your daughter's soft pink seedling!

Quick question, is there any way to add your seedlings to your personal plant list, to help keep track of them? I have no idea how to keep pictures with a little info on the computer for my seedlings.

This is another I chose to move to the hybridizing this fall.

The Heavenly Angel Ice and Dan Tau crosses are my all time favorites. They are really something to look at.

Well I have to agree about the Heavenly Angel Ice seedlings. They are super looking!!!

Also glad to know Terry that your Galaxy Explosion seedling is a nice one. I do have a cross myself with Galaxy Explosion that I really like. It is not a fancy color, it is orange but it does have any unusual eyezone and a fairly decent bud count. Can't wait to see it bloom this year, which will be its third year blooming.

Web of intrigue x Entwined in the Vine - this midrib material was pretty consistent last year and looks like it may be again this year. Color is usually better but it is raining this morning.

Wow! A crested seedling!!!

Had two 2nd blooms on seedlings, it's amazing how much better the 2nd blooms are. The first and last pic are the same seedling, last pic taken before 5:30am, temp 61, so appears to be a CMO and EMO, it looked larger also. The two middle pics are the same seedling, it opened better and was larger, 4 1/2", pic was taken about 3:30pm yesterday.

superb. It almost looks like a purple flower has been painted onto a white flower.

Really like all your seedling pics. Around here we look forward to seeing what is new and we even find some that we wonder how we did not pay them more attention last year.
I must admit, I really like white daylilies particularly in UF and spider forms. The Heavenly Angel Ice seedlings in prior post are much better to see in the garden as I have not been able to get pics that show the full beauty.
Tropical storm Bill has arrived here and I got soaked taking some afternoon pics to post.
