This is a spectacular flower. Is this what he calls a fancy plicata? It's really wide.
Did you evaluate growth, stalk and bud count on this flower.

With the convention we had about two hours there. However, spending four days there might border on iris burnout.There were just so many seedlings to see.

Did you stagger your visits over the whole bloom season or was it one visit at peak? Conventions are such a snapshot in time. You only get to see what is blooming that day.

I was there one before convention, 2 days with helping Keith during the time the buses where there as one of hostess, and once one week after. I got to see the growth and how things looked in bud to bloom on many.

Incredible. The one shot I took at Keppels with a recognizable person is you.

I like the last pink in the first group of postos too, Mary Ann. I think the reason it seems so lovely is that it is a pink without an orange beard.

Unfortunately you did get a shot of me, I hate pictures of me as never had a nice picture, but it just might be the subject as well,.

Because I was a hostess that day will everyone was there no camera but later and before oh yes, but I live just south of him so it is not much of a drive to go there and Mid America

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to iris, but sure willing to learn. I was at Kevin Vaughn's place during the visits and was able to take a few photos.

And two MTB that I really liked. These are tiny enough that I could growing them in my raised beds with the semps.

Reckless Abandon is a great one for sure. I love those two little guys, especially the last one.
