Thank you dormantsrule for starting the July bloom thread. Smiling Looks like we are off to a great start for the month, the images yesterday are gorgeous.
Hans, 14", that is huge!!!! Blinking
The bloom season has begun here with Itsy Bitsy Spider and Wings of Chance both FFO this week. No images yet, we have been swamped with rain - third rainiest June on record. The daylilies are loving it, huge plants and scapes everywhere.

Good morning I tip my hat to you.

Welcome! Bedmaker

Well do to poor planned purchases in the past, I don't have any late blooming Daylily's to share this month. I'm all bloomed out with everything. Sad

So, I'll just keep daylily dreaming as I look at all of the BEAutiful blooms here. And, adding to my list of wants! I'm going to need more land! Rolling on the floor laughing

Have a wonderful day everyone!

@GaNinFl,
Have you looked for rebloom scapes, I would think you should be getting rebloom now in your garden.

Teresa, I'm not a big double fan either, but there are a few that I like. Grimhild Mahieu is a beauty, I love the color!

Becky, I like both colors on your Lavender Stardust too! Nice!

Welcome! Bedmaker! I have Magic Lace too and love the way it opens kind of flat like that. Hopefully, Bridgeton Corsage will not always do that, but I have some daylilies that do.

Hans, great comparison on the size of Skinwalker!! Wow!
May all your weeds be wildflowers. ~Author Unknown

@Seedfork I think a lot of mine realized an almost immediate rebloom.

A little bit more about my garden. Being this is only my second year back into Daylily's, and a wife with tight purse strings Rolling on the floor laughing I only have 51 different named DL. Then I had an issue where my neighbors shrubs root systems were taxing one of my beds. So, I potted the majority of mine last month until I can find them the ideal bedding location.

I love daylily dreaming though so thanks Thank You! everyone for sharing!

I tip my hat to you.

Vickie - That lens is really working for you. Your photos look fantastic. I especially liked Forever In Time, Texas Blue Eyes and Salieri.

It's raining most of the day here, so no fresh photos from me. Here are a couple from yesterday.

Hilary, I'm so sorry about your problem. That is heartbreaking.

Vickie, you are really getting great images with the new lens.

Teresa, we'll keep working on getting you into doubles. Thumbs up

So many beautiful blooms. Thanks for posting everyone.

My friend's gift of a "lavender" daylily is open this morning. From the buds I knew it wasn't lavender but I wasn't expecting this, LOL!

Thumb of 2015-07-02/kylaluaz/03fc2d

Really deep rich color. Those light spots are not flaws but where the sun comes through leaves above the bloom.

Also, here's a better picture of my neighbor's unknown (which reminds me now of one I think Caudia posted, Sir Modred?) (Edit: Looking at database pictures though, I am not convinced. This one lacks the faint ruffle on the edge but has a hint of white there instead, and the eye looks more defined.)

Rain last night and again this morning and below normal temps for days.

After a 2 year wait, Purple Tarantula had a backwards double bloom on a tall, thin and leaning scape. Hoping it's leaning because the grounds so saturated.
