Deer ate ALL if DD's brow of beans and All the tops of my fall asters. Good thing I shear them in July anyway. I had schedualed Deer repellant but was a day too late.

I like Kentyky ,its just when it was offered it looked like I was running out of room for lilies and it resembled several I already had.There were other choices at the time so I took a pass.
Little did I know the voles would make more lily room here last winter.
I do see it is only similar .My spattered ones are yellows with the deep wine.Grafitti,Music Art,one of Lisas. They are not all planted in a row thank gawd.


Kentuky has a soft salmon coloring.I had read someone say theirs wasnt as dark as the photo or the colors weent what they expected.This was as long ago as 2 summers maybe.

Kentucky a week ago-Kentucky today
Started blooming 6-17.

I do like the early stages of bloom for any plant.
Here is whats blooming this morning,as soon as the sprinkler is off I will measure that tall regal.Last year it went seven feet.
