Kelli, they say we had better get used to it with the climate change. Shrug! It's 52f here this morning, had rain overnight and we can expect more today.

There are some weather people that believe we are headed to an ice age rather then 'global warming'. I am gonna cling to those guys, Margaret. Hilarious!

We had our rain yesterday afternoon -- which didn't even get the ground wet under the trees and didn't even register in the rain gauge. Today was beautiful but we spent the afternoon getting a new phone for me.

Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Don't really want it to get warmer in the summer but I sure would like summer to last longer. And winters to be shorter and much milder without all the ice and snow we have been getting. Thumbs up

From 1914 to 2005 the record latest dates to reach certain low temperatures are;

36.5 degrees - October 8
32.5 degrees - October 21
We have not reached 36.5 degrees yet, today being Oct 11 so that's a new record unless we broke it between 2006 and 2014.

Our forecast for today's temps - high 77 and low 40.

Let me repeat, those are RECORDS from a 90 year period. Our forecast low for the 13th is 36 degrees so that might pin that record but our forecast for the 16th is 42 degrees so who knows about the 32.5 degree record. That is as far in advance as NOAA is willing to roll the dice.

Here is another New Mexico sunset from our house for your enjoyment;

Two blooms today, JUST JESSIE and BEAUTIFUL EDGINGS.

It's beautiful today with a high of 76 but that is soon to change and the rest of the week will be very chilly.
