Jungle Beauty yellow green throat--registration description.
Daring Deception green throat--registration description.
To me both throats look green. These pictures are from this morning, I know pretty soon Jungle Beauty will be bright yellow. Will check later on Daring Deception. It is in a different bed. In the plant world green has yellow in it. Green leaves yellow. Age, heat, and sun.
May you be blessed with a wonderful day!

You know, I'm checking one Daylily and, oh there is an interesting one on the same page so I'm checking two and ... wait, there on the hybredizer's page are two more weeks hat I hadn't seen before starting my research and ... what's this? right under the picture I found is another. And so it goes.

Well, the rust loved it and the first blooms were a disaster in that they were unable to open properly. The next year it didn't bloom at all.
Now I have transplanted it and given it much love and care. I have also put an axe next to it so it gets the message that the next month or two have special significance.

Still one tiny fan that you can barely see as it is almost totally brown. I guess it was just a bad time to purchase it. Last summer was a cold summer and this summer is extremely hotand hardly any rain, and it hasn't been able to adjust. Don't think it will make it through this winter as it is barely existing now. Maybe I should dig it up and put it in a pot and see what happens.
