She is pretty. Very orange tabby in the face and very Maine Coon along the back and tail. I am sitting in her room right now waiting for her to come out and eat. Snowed and sleeted in so I have all the time in the world.

She was a feral that was rescued from a high kill shelter by a group in Pittsboro, NC called Goathouse Refuge. They have a lot of cats so she was never really socialized. They kept her in a quiet room, but I think they should have had her out with the general population. Anywho, I adopted her and am trying to convince her us crazy humans can be wonderful. She is about a year and a half old so her early formative time was with her not trusting people. I just have to be patient now. Which is not as easy as I first expected.

I am Jan. I never have before but I am short on space and there are so many beautiful irises why grow ones with traits I find unattractive. One of the traits I do not like is really open standards. So...... yep, gonna do it!
