Glad your feeling better Kelli.

I do not have any problems with Firefox, or with Microsoft updates, I usually get them when I shut down for the night so if it takes a little time it doesn't matter.

When I get updates, I let it restart then I shut it down manually. That way I don't have to wait many minutes for the update to take affect when I log in in the morning.

What a beautiful day! We're getting a rare reprieve from the heat and humidity. My exercise today was working in the yard for several hours.

We didn't walk today. I wasn't sure I'd have the energy to walk and to water, and watering is more important. I think we will probably walk tomorrow. I have more watering to do tomorrow, too.

My exercise was a repeat of yesterday: several hours of yard work.

It was cloudy and cool today so I mostly did housework, I also did about 3/4 of an hour on the glider and my leg exercises.

We were on same wavelength. I steamed the floors. Did laundry. Dusted. Then I got back to my book!

I finally got my sorry arse back up in the Torture Chamber this morning, then did 10 minutes on the elliptical after the weights.

I will get back to my weights this fall, the PT said my leg will be ok by the end of September.

We went for a walk today.

I skipped the gym~ things going on at home today. But I did a little strength training for 15 minutes or so and walked a mile on the treadmill at home. Beats a blank.

I walked ..maybe a mile and a half...ate a low cal kale salad topped with some fresh shredded radishes..

Then had an organic ice cream sandwich...with Madagascar bean ice cream....those descriptive words were to help me understand why a 4 x 2 inch ice cream sandwich was $2 plus...the strategy did not work.

The dreaded humidity has been gone and the day is lovely. So I already took Lily dog for a two hour exercise walk. Just got back in. So rest of the afternoon will get back in the garden.
