My sister mentioned the other day that her feet cramp a lot too, that is so crazy. Blinking

Karen, I hope the brace helps with that leg. Group hug

I made it through the night, then couldn't get it off in the dark. As I was wrangling with it, contorting my foot and leg trying to remove it, I caused another cramp. Not too bad, but sore. Maybe that brace isn't such a good idea afterall.

It may take a while but I know what you mean..just getting caught up in bedclothes and linens is bad enough ..just getting a ring that is too tight off is murder

Long walk this morning with a detour up to the Canadian Aviation Museum. There is construction along the river path. Took a bit of a break to look at how they shrink-wrap the planes that are sitting outside and then turned around.

Karen that sucks. Last night both legs and calves started cramping, it eased after awhile and I slept, but when I moved to get out of bed both cramped up and I could hardly stand up and walk, this is ridiculous! Now with every step they both hurt. Angry @Newyorkrita Rita, what is the name again of those salts you take that you said stopped your legs from cramping? I need something or I am going to shoot myself, this is no way to have to live. Crying

Margaret, so sorry that is really bad. I don't get the bad cramps any longer like I used to and if I think I feel some coming on I just pop extra pills. @mcash70

Hyland's Bioplasma. Label states it is - A combination of all Twelve Cell Salts. I got mine on line but I think drugstores should have them.

Margaret, do you think it is your shoes.
I know if I change shoes ..especially to a dressier one ( must be the heel ) my calf and or toes will do their thing

Actually, it is any change of shoe
