Not really, that is why I watch the news, or due to my other half the Pickers or HGTV "let's spend tens of thousands of other peoples dollars on a house" very often.

I have seen some reruns of many of those shows five or more times.
The dramas on, regardless of network, have become boring, silly or just plain stupid too often.
I do watch Gotham, when I do not watch Antique Road Show and I love Bluebloods but beyond that I would rather spend money at a theater than pay for more cable channels that may disappoint.

I truly think that some times the Hollywood types think -- well we made six shows with true drama and pretty much are at the bottom of the believability barrel so let's hit the abnormal is normal button as that sucker them in every time. ---- The mother can marry her transvestite son and her healthy brother can donate both kidneys and die a hero, then her identical triplet sister can murder the other one and out of the bond between identical triplets the mother steps in front of a bus which causes her betrothed transvestite son to go straight but he is still addicted to Nyquil and Beenie Weenies.

I watched Boondock Saints yesterday and loved the way they poked fun at their own genre.

That is why I watch more in Netflix or through our Kodi, more options to choose from, no longer limited by cable. Smiling

RGR for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, a very Star War's worthy film, lots of battle scenes, strange characters. First 1/3 dragged a little. Good for all ages, 4 1/4 shovels out of 5.

Now I did not see, nor shall I but the newspaper review of the movie said the trouble with it is it spends to much time on the plot and not enough on character development, well that explain why I never thought much of the whole Star Wars shtick, to much soap opera personal frailties and not enough of how tough dealing with the situation at hand is, plus they kill people by the score and no ever bleeds.

Not that I will change my mind on seeing it, I saw the one before it and it made clear why I did not see any after the first two but while I have little time for critics, they did explain why I found them uninspiring.

I just may buy this one when it hits the cheap bin at Walmart.

I'm watching one of the best westerns ever made. A film in real time. Movie length = plot time. Now, put away your Google and play fairly. Theme song sung by Tex Ritter. Stanley Kramer producer. Unaccredited appearance by Jack Elam. Stars: Lon Chaney Jr., Gary Cooper, Grace Kelly (OMG, Grace Kelly is something else. If I was a rich Prince....) , Lloyd Bridges, Harry Morgan, Lee Van Cleef. Watched Phone Booth (Colin Farrel) for the first time since the first time in 2002. Aside from him being in the almost extinct phone booth, and the use of a few old flip phones and phones with antenna, the movie is good timeless suspense.

Yes, I liked Phone Booth as well. Are there any phone booths left in the US? I wonder. Gene

Phone Booth was a good one.

I know I haven't seen any at all in Corpus or the surrounding area. They were all removed. I've heard of other cities and neighborhoods turning them into power hubs, free book trade libraries, and other unique and useful things.

A bit over done but the other half liked it so, I can say nothing other than odd but funny.

I liked Leap Year. Saw it when it first came out. I wonder if it's on HBO Go or Netflix

Sunny. Wind chill values as low as -15. South wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

James,
I just watched it on Netflix last week or so.

Tarev,
I came across The Sound of Music last night, but in the middle of it.

I watched Heart of The Country. It was pretty good.
