That is very pretty Jim, I don't know why, but I have never been able to grow that plant. Smiling

Frostweed , it likes more shade thanI usually have had ,, sometimes a very few hour or so of late evening sun ,
This grew where I pcked up a pot ( broken and empty ) From a Raccoon dragged off from wintersow ,,
I have tried and failed more than once , After a season or so this showed on it's own ,,
I am glad wild plants seem to like it here when I get something like this , Smiling

Only one I ever saw wild was almost 6ft tall growing on a clay and sand . sandbar , in the middle edge of a stream (large one) With water sometimes running on both sides of the sandbar , It was at the edge of a pine Woods ..

I like the Blue color of the Waterleaf

It seems to happen with so many wildflowers. They like to choose when and where they grow, making it very difficult to plant them! But never give up. Sometimes they show up, even if it's not where you planted them. nodding

Blue waterleaf really is a pretty color, true blue. Smiling
