I'll try to put a few more up later. Taking a break between barns. Have to take a horse to a show now.....

If you divide any of these please keep me in mind. I have Ask a Lady but none of the others and of course they are all beautiful!

Undercurrent looks WONDERFUL. The rest look nice too except for the "Hotel". That one did not elevate my BP at all. I guess they all can't be winners!

Wow, and you love pastels Greg!

Pam - Iconic is to die for! Fabulous picture. Ask a Lady bloomed for me this year too. What a beauty!

That's funny Greg, cause that is how I felt about Undercurrent. Seemed kind of Blah to me. The bloom faded really quickly. To its credit, it was really hot when it bloomed.

I had no expectations on Hotel Rwanda, as I bought it on a whim... In person it is much nicer than the picture and has an incredible amount of diamond dusting.

Good thing iris come in so many colors! Something for everyone!

Thanks Leslie! I love the dark reds. And ruffles just make them that much better!

It took three years for me to get a bloom on Ask a Lady. First plant died and this one replaced it, but didn't bloom the first year. It was worth the wait!

I think that the idea that a lot of irises look better in real life than in pictures says a lot. Makes this crazy collecting VERY worth it!😀

Down to one last shriveled blossom in the entire hillside garden....

However, I have all the summer bedding plants done in all the little edge gardens around the house and just finished the last of the mulching of the front garden this afternoon. We may be missing Iris, but there are lots of other colorful things just getting started.

A few more Iris pictures...

I just did some checking and found another batch of late bloomers, so I guess I will torture you with a couple more groups.

These were all new plantings and first year blooms or stuff that didn't bloom from plantings of two years ago.

Love the lines!
