you got a steal my friend, that one paid for the whole lot and then some!! I purchased some crosses with teeth from the lily auction last year and Hemlady had a few with teeth she shared with me also, I can't wait to see what they look like. Is that the only flower with teeth out the lot you purchased? I've been using forestlake ragamuffin pollen on every tet that's blooming right now. So hopefully I'll have some pods coming soon. I've been using green arrow on my dips but I only have 2 other dips and personally prefer tets over dips in my garden. I just wish dip conversions where more readily available and didn't require so much time, money, and effort to convert successfully.

Still raining this morning, so the third day not to hybridize.
Thanks for the kind words, we go through the lighting thing several times each year and it loves the phone and answering machine.

Larry as you may know I belong to the Mobile Club, I would bet the farm that the pod parent of those toothy seedlings are "Dr Stump" Grace 2012. There are two of us that donate most of the plants for the sale and both grow Dr Stump.

This has all I could ask for in a small daylily, it has three scapes in
bloom now and they all look like this. Great scape, great bloom, fertile both ways.
HB03-16 WARRIORS QUEST X LILLIAN'S RAINBOW AT DAWN 4"

This has been rained on for two days and still looks decent
HB24-17 WARRIORS QUEST X SUBURBAN MARY LOIS BURKETT
X SEEDLING 5" same stats as above, just a year younger.
Thumb of 2016-06-06/spunky1/f98094
I really like the throat in this, I may have to give it an HB#.
Its also fertile both ways and has a decent scape.

Thanks Fred, did you mean 'Dr Celia Stump'? I purchased the seedlings from the Mobile flower show the seedlings were from Abundant Daylilies, still it could be that he used that also.

Still raining here too this morning, but I had to get out and try and get a photo of one of my seedlings. I noticed it yesterday late and it started raining pretty hard before I could get a photo. I thought I saw three scapes coming from the one fan, but looking closer this morning I actually think that the bloomed out scape is from the fan next to it, but still that would make two scapes per fan as that fan has another scape developing in the middle of the fan. These fans are from the same seedling, the bloom is not that impressive so far, but I am liking that it appears to be to be instant or near instant rebloom. I am beginning to get a lot of rebloom scapes now. I was planning on trying to keep the rebloom scapes noted but after being gone a month, now I can't keep up, they are popping up all over the garden.

Fred, I really like the way the blooms are positioned on FASHION ICON X WILD DREAMS 6". They're open to face the day, but they've got each other's backs. It's a beauty!

Phenomenal Phoenix X Rebekah's Gothic Spider -- first seedling for me from this cross. It has possibilities but the scape is pretty short for the size of the bloom.

Donald all of these are your crosses. The flowers got a little beat up in the rain but I like all 3 and again crossed everything with forestlake ragamuffin. Crossing Fingers! come on pods!!

I like them Daniel (especially the 'Custard Candy' kid), but those aren't my crosses. I haven't grown any of those parents. Not many pods here this year. Rain and more rain. I don't need ANY pods, but daubing some pollen from time to time just happens, somehow Big Grin .

Kyla, both parents of the seedling are tall so the shortness of the scapes could just be because of first year bloom. I bet next summer it will be much taller. You have to sometimes wait 3 years to get the correct bloom from a seedling. I don't usually dispose of them until after I have had them at least 3 years.

doubles could begin to grow on me.

Beautiful blossoms everyone.
So sorry Karen, but perhaps your blooms will soon appear.
I feel just as you do waiting for the season to begin.
