Living in Iowa and making sure I compost all of the daylilies when I plant them (most with composted manure) mine clump quite easily. I usually take mostly individual pictures, but I found some pics of some of the clumps (sorry but some are still NOIDs). The majority of these were split and moved to our new home the summer of 2011 and several are newer, or even split again since that. Here goes:
Always Afternoon
Caboodle
Twist of Lemon is great in front of Annabelle Hydrangeas
Debbie's Vows (I am pretty sure on the name of this one - one of my favorite clumps and just keeps on blooming!)
Free Spirit
Gordon Biggs on the left (Caboodle on the right)
Night Meteor - still blooming this morning and does have nice clump even though only 2 blooms in this shot (haven't found this in the database but still have notes when I purchased it years ago)
Respighi
Rock Lobster (I have divided and moved this all over my yard and it clumps beautifully in just a couple of years)
Twist of Lemon
The rest are all NOID clumps
:
This last one is new to my garden this year - planted late last fall (a free gift when I ordered from Gaskins
) and has been a favorite and is already clumping!!! It has produced many blooms and I just keep marveling at how much I love it!
