OK, one more post, copying some stuff from my blog.
Does anyone want any seeds for Nicotiana sylvestris? It is a tall annual with big bold foliage and white hanging 3-4" trumpet shaped blooms in large candelabra clusters. The blooms have a sweet fragrance that intensifies in the evenings, great for planting near a sitting area or next to an open window.
I had it in full sun in my other garden where it grew about 4-5 ft. tall but here in my new garden I have a large plant that self seeded and gets a little mid afternoon shade and it is about 7 ft. tall, ( photos below taken in August) It made a great architectual statement. A few more have self seeded in other spots in poorer soil, they didn't grow as tall. They are easy to pull where you don't need them. They are tough plants and do real good through hot weather, of course, with regular water they really thrive. Anyway, I have several packets of seeds left, just shoot me a t-mail if anyone is interested in trying them.
