I have found that with young Adeniums, two years and younger, if you leave the caudex completely covered, you get a much bigger caudex.

Here's a photo of a nearly constantly blooming Adenium planted by a driveway here.

Ah, glad to be a part of this place!

Oh, Mike, your plant in the photo probably is older than two years!

Hetty it sure is, They said theyb were sorry but as I told them I could have done that myself that is why I took it to a Computer shop, and they assured me they would save, emails, saved messages and anything else that was important, all they saved were a few pictures and favorites.I just hope I don't have any more problems.

Computers can make you crazy, hey?

Blooming today! (I'll have an update on the babies soon!)

Two "Anucha" seedlings that had double parents. No names.

Amazing Thailand, or sometimes called Triple Amazing Thailand really lives up to her name. I think once this plant starts growing again, I'll really feed 'her' a lot, get a big plant and hopefully not rot the thing. I have a lot of trouble having plants outside, the minute I water, here comes a big rain shower, as much as an inch in an hour or less, and whoosh, greedy roots go overboard. I get sad surprises all the time. Guess I need a greenhouse!

A restaurant was throwing away a dead refrigerator, and I grabbed the big glass doors. They shelter my babies now.

I received a message from PayPal about something being shipped to me. I couldn't open it at all. It completely froze my computer twice. The definition of insanity is to repeat the same process another time expecting to get a different result. There you have it: My name is Sylvain and I have insanity episodes. Anyhow, I gave up on that message, figuring it was an adenium delivery. Thank you, ChefMike for all the work you put into this.

On the subject of computers, I bought a laptop at Costco for $500 3+ years ago. The best feature was the technical phone support available 24/7 for the LIFE of the computer. They are very good and have gotten me out of a few binds already. The brand is ZT... never heard of them, but the computer was a great value. As I always say, when in doubt, go to Costco.

Take care, all.
Sylvain.
