Shy, we'll make it work!

I'm thinking in terms of making a drop zone for everybody with space both on and under a table... on top of the table, you'll see names (online handles) on tape, and below/in front of the table there will be the signs that Catmint made. On top of the tables, tape will divide one person's space from another, and on the ground I intend to use stakes and rope. Ideally, everybody will have some space both above and below (shaded) the tables, depending on how it works out. Normally we just spread out far enough to avoid confusion about which plants are in whose spot, but I don't think we'll have enough room for that. As we've done in the past, look for it to be arranged alphabetically left to right by name (online handle... I'll be near the beginning as "critter" rather than in the middle a "Jill").

Lisa, you mentioned that your car is small... so bring whichever table fits easily (probably not the wooden one I'm guessing).

Also, I have 6 beat up but super sturdy folding chairs I bought at a yard sale last spring because I thought they'd be ideal for events like this. I'll bring as many as we can fit!

Jeff, better if Addie and Darcy skip this one, but you had better have a few recent pictures of Addie so we can see how she has grown. Hilarious!

Francine - it's not...sorry about that

Thanks so much to all of you with pitching in like this! It is a big help to me!

Sequoia, so sorry we'll miss Darcy and the little one, but sounds like you are all doing the right thing for them to have some extra rest right now.

ALL: If there is something that I have requested from you and you haven't already dug it up for Saturday please hold off until I hear from my AC guy. Got home at 9 PM & the a/c has died...again. Since I didn't know earlier...I wasn't able to call my guy today...which means I'll need to call first thing in the AM before heading to work. If he's not able to come until Sat I'm not going to be able to make it. I will post as soon as I know for certain.
