They are calling for a high of 70F. Right now it is 45F.

I have one digital snow picture. This is Flagstaff, Arizona on December 1, 2007. We did not have snow tires, so DH found it a bit hairy.

Kelli,
Love your snow picture!

Cold windy and grey. I got two more rooms dusted, so that pretty much catches the house. I still need to dust the kitchen chairs. A job I detest! I detested it when we had to do chair and table legs at home. It was a lot easier with straight chair legs, lol! I didn't know we had it so easy back then!

Love the snow pic, Kelli! Flagstaff is a beautiful town with all those trees. Been there a few times but never in winter.

I love to look thru the various veggie seed offers each fall and winter to buy my favorites for spring.

Showers likely, mainly before noon. Cloudy. SE wind 5 to 10 mph becoming NW in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Rita,
I looked thru my seeds and I sadly, have plenty. No ordering for me, sniff.

Rain a couple of times yesterday and at 2:00 am. I think it's raining lightly now. It won't be much, but at least I still have the rain gauge out.

Sally, my dining room chair and table legs are a bear to dust. It's too hard to describe them, but they are complex and there are areas that I have to dust with a paintbrush. It's a really cool table, though.

They are calling for a high of 70F. It got down to at least 45F. It was 67F in the house, which is furnace time for me. When it is not hot, our house feels colder than the temperatures says it is. When it is hot, it feels hotter than the temperature says it is. There is more to temperature than just the temperature. Whistling

Kelli that's a beautiful dining set!! Is it hand crafted? Have you tried the swiffers that have handles and you could just run them through the slats in the chairs and legs? They grab the dust and it clings to the Swiffer. They don't condition the wood like a good lemon oil, but they work for the grooves!

Yuck on that ugly weather.

At least it is nice and sunny here and the nasty wind we had for the past three days is finally gone.

Kelli, your table and chairs are lovely. I use the small Swiffer dusters and they are great at getting into small spaces.

Ginny, I'm not sure of the origin of the table. It's possible it was Amish made, but I may not be remembering correctly.

I have a Swiffer but just started using it. I haven't gotten to the table yet.

Kelli it certainly looks like it could be Amish made. Especially if the finish is extremely smooth. Whatever it is it's a beauty!! (Ok I know we're off topic, but just had to tell her Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious! )

Thank you. The finish is very smooth. The table can be expanded to seat 10, I think. We have one leaf in. The other leafs store up under the table top.

Agree with everyone, beautiful dining set! Your mentioning the other day about needing to clean it reminded me I needed to clean mine too. Thank you!
Yesterday was cloudy and cold again. Spent the day basting the new quilt top, batting and back fabric on the floor of the kitchen. Slow process, rough on the knees. If only I had cleaned my garden kneeling pad before putting it away...
Today started off with 30F and the sun finally came out around noon. High was around 34 but it felt warmer than that. Everything is ready for tomorrow, dusted, vac'd, mopped, washed, dinner rolls and cheesecake made. Thumbs up

Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone!

They are calling for a high of 75F today. That means it will probably be 78F at my house. The weather is always 'nice' on holidays. Always. I know that most of you don't watch football but I have never seen rain at the Rose Bowl game on New Year's Day and that is the rainy season. The weather is usually in the 70s. The last thing we need is more free ads for people to move out here. Whistling Just for once I'd like a nice, cozy, rainy Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Kelli we actually had a few inches of snow one Christmas Eve many years ago and everything was covered for Christmas Day. It was fantastic, every one was in a great mood enjoying the cozy weather with a fireplace burning. One of the best Christmas's ever! Thumbs up
