Snowed some last night, then it warmed up and a lot melted. Today has been mostly sunny, 35f degrees.

Yesterday and today were pretty much the same, 30 to 34F all day with snow showers adding up to an inch+. Just enough to make the ground slippery and muddy. I went out this morning and took a few images for Linda of the snow on the trees.


Chilly Kelli, almost as cool as we are in the morning. We keep the back up heat set at 61 which kicks on between midnight and 5am. The rest of the time the woodstove is going...if I'm running it the temp stays between 64 and 68. If DH is running it 68 to 74 is the norm and has me in the kitchen which stays cooler or looking for the fan.

I didn't do pies this year either opting for cheesecake with a blueberry sauce..it was really good.

Char we have a constant battle on the temp. I turn it down and DH turns it up. Kelli even in cold weather a comforter is too hot. DH would love it though!!!

Same here with the temps. I turn it down to 68 and hubby wants it at 72, which is too hot for me.

Well I can't see outside as it is still dark but I hear rain hitting the window. Hubby woke me up early when he was preparing to go deer hunting this morning.

We hit 77 today under overcast skies. ( probably not gonna get any snow tonight)

It was snowing again when I got up this morning, lasted until about 10:, then the sun came out and it started to warm up and a lot of it melted, the streets and driveways are all bare, high was about 35f degrees.

We have left the thermostat at 70° for years. The cold one puts on a sweater and, well, no one ever gets hot, lol!

I am always cold which is another reason I hate winter.

The Kindle Fire is too touchy to give anyone thumbs up, but I read everything.

They are calling for a high of 65°F in El Paso. It was already 58°F around 8 AM so I think it will get hotter than that. It doesn't need to.

Lots of fog this morning, since then mostly cloudy, 35f degrees, breezy, chance of snow showers this evening.
