Oh that is just beautiful! It is amazing what an effect seeing Sharon's pictures again has had on me. Thanks for posting Arlene's collage of our dearly missed friend!

I miss her too. I only joined a short time before she passed, but I really enjoyed all of her posts and stories and am glad they are still here. Wonderful tribute!

Love the collage. Only knew Sharon a short time but I felt like she was a dear friend. We had some lively discussions. I remember how excited she was about the wedding and I see she looked so beautiful on the arm of her brother.

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved

I was honored to have known Sharon through this site.
My memories of her many posts, articles and insight
make my life more complete. She is now at rest in
her beloved Appalachian mountains. Rest in God's
peace Sharon.

I still think of you often Sharon. Every October I think of the hunters moon and the story you told of it.
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown
