I have a peace Lilly that I just can't get going. When I first got it, it had a nice flower and it withered. I transplanted it into a bigger pot hoping that would help but it still isn't doing too well. I water it once a week and it gets plenty of sun where it sits so I don't have to move it. Any suggestions

No suggestions from me Smiling . Every one I've ever tried to grow has done exactly what you describe and never improved. You might have better luck with your question if you post it in the houseplants forum. Many of the folks in that forum grow a huge array of container grown plants. Loads of experience there with all kinds of plants.

Peacelily is a low light plant i.e. don't sit it in full sun on the windowsill. I water mine only when it wilts and it sits in my dining room but not near bright sun . Mine is also in the same soil it has been in for 5 years .....every year or so I divide it and give some away .......I repot in the same soil , this allows the plant roots a little more space . Hope this helps in some small way Here is a link that might help. http://homeguides.sfgate.com/change-peace-lilys-pot-34181.ht...
