Elena , That sounds wonderful , You got some to grow Smiling Thumbs up Last couple seasons I have had difficulty getting any of the yarrow to grow ,
Mood booster to hear those are growing for you Hurray!
Seeds for later ? maybe ,,
The tiny bees love the yarrow and sedum
I'm still recovering from this cold ,flu thing , I am mood distorted over that as the last two weeks of nice weather just got wasted ,
I will try to catch up with wishlisted seeds as i feel better , some can do , some not ,

I got great germination from your seeds! I have 5 plants and I believe I gave some seedlings away to friends.

I'll be happy if it blooms this Fall. Right now the only thing flowering for the various bees is the white snakeroot. They are all over it! It would be nice to give them some variety.

Elena That is Great !!! About the seeds , Some say they have not , My own with that is Time Weather patience , I am not always attentive to the seedlings , that is a big difference ,
Those asters are willow and calico here ,and they will grow smaller in a pot as does fleabane and catnip ,

Some seasons smaller pot plants are difficult because I have lots of cats and people moving around them , until the plants get larger that sometimes gets to be a problem
At the moment my small seedlings outside I keep having to shoo grasshoppers away , Grasshoppers and Larvae love lupine ,,
Lots of seeds to clean here ,
I did not grow a lot this year I have a few snakeroot seeds remaining and am going to try to get more from you (wishlisted ) I had two growing , and then something odd or what had happened ,
I may try a pot of pansy shortly as the weather cools . might offer the remainder if I get time ,
Some catnip and spearmint that came up in a pot

I should have some fresh snakeroot seeds by the time the swap starts. I have a large (for me) patch in the backyard but I want to put a cold frame there soon. I'll let the plants go to seed and then pull them up. If I cut back my neighbor's Rose of Sharon bushes that will give them plenty of space to grow next year. Those bushes are more in my yard than theirs and I have to cut them back every year! They also throw seeds everywhere! Grumbling

That's great Jim! I hope whatever has been eating them goes away once the colder air comes in!

Here the yarrow I got from you.

Well it is a little bit pink Shrug! I am still trying others seems some seeds I can't get to grow ,

Yes Hurray! The Lupine grow nice here if I can get past the Insects , The lupine were more popular than greens this season and last , I am hoping for a 14 day time temperatures of 40's and 50's the blue Lupines love it that way Some years they die out here because it is too hot for them ,
Green pods on Anemone and the orange Echinacea is still blooming . Sooo No seeds from them are done , Cats got my Marigolds this year , D'Oh!

The flowers seem to start out white and get pinker as they age. We also have had a drought & I haven't watered much so that could be impacting the color also.

Elena, that yarrow is pretty. It doesn't happen to make a good cut flower, does it? (To use in place of baby's breath.)

I don't know. With cats I don't typically cut flowers for inside since they tend to chew on them. I would think they'd be good as cut flowers though.
