I got my first pair (that I still use) at Tractor Supply, but they can be found in lots of places.
UPDATE: My favorite pair of slogger boots gave out. There was a leak and must've been a hole or slit somewhere I never did find before they went in the trash. I'd say after 6 or possibly 7 years, they gave me my money's worth.
