Hi!
May today treat you especially nice!
I really have neat full garden shots and tour of how I started this garden that I want to share. Copied and pasted pictures, removing identifying objects such as address, and then sending copies to a new file, but the address keeps coming back.
One little step to fix and soon I will be doing more garden tours.
But I found Roses of Snow looking so beautiful this morning, best ever!
How would you know that? So I will recap her year so far. Starting with today and working backwards. Last picture would have been one of her first blooms.
My most favorite is the first photo. Way more gorgeous in real life, lots of depth to the coloring. My second favorite was the bottom left, the bloom was that shiny. And, yes one morning she was purplish. All of them gorgeous to me. Roses in Snow
The only changes I make are a crop. No setting changes, no Photoshop. I feel that way you can compare my pictures to each other.
My Julia Coneflowers are growing!
The Marigolds are zooming! How much click and see!
This next group is in the background of the above picture.
This is one of the Marigolds stems. It runs on the ground for 8 to 10 inches before going upright. So it would be really tall over 4 ft.
The stem is thicker than my thumb.
How big will these Marigolds get? They may have peaked. 100 degree days are not kind to them. I do not dead head because this could be my seed batch. They were planted in March. Very few will survive July and August to see the fall. I know dead- heading them would save their energy, but if I loose the plant to heat then I have zero seeds.
May your garden and home grow more beautiful each day!
