I have never refused anyone who asked permission and gave me credit for the photo.
It is a touchy subject - I remember this subject coming up a few times on the robin and there was always a heated discussion.
Today it was so nice here that I looked around at foliage. I'm trying to determine if some of my seedlings are semi-evergreen. I am trying to track how they look in the spring and fall each year for several years. Half of my daylilies are completely gone dormant. Some still show some green, and then a few that are evergreen here still look green and foliage is still a foot tall - even though it was down to 14 a couple nights ago, and it has snowed lightly a few times. Such as Spacecoast Cotton Candy, Cherry Burst, Lake Country Sunshine. Spacecoast Cotton Candy and Lake Country Sunshine are registered semi-evergreen, but here they act just like evergreens. Zazu Pitts is registered dormant, but acts semi evergreen here. So who knows.
But I want to try to track my seedlings over a handful of years and then compare notes.
