I plan on putting some snow peas in this weekend. I live in zone 5a, and our last frost is expected in about a month. Should have a good crop by 4th of July.

The peas are really coming on strong with flowers. I think they liked the cold front we had.

Yeah Hurray! For everybody !

With the crazy winter I've had hear, my snow peas are going ape crazy !

Over six foot tall, crazy.😮

Blooming like crazy ! 😮
You would swear they were sweet peas. Not snow peas.

Tracy : Snow peas, just love the cool weather. Sunny cool weather, they grow like mad. That's why mine grew so big this year, and I even planted them a month late, in November, instead of October.....
I'm still trying to figure that one out ?🤔???

Go peas. Go. 👍👍

It was dark this morning !

This afternoon, sometime ! The wind blew half the row over.

The fence behind them is six foot tall.

They looked so nice yesterday, with all there blooms !

I picked my very first snow pea this AM. And dropped it in the middle of the pea plants looking for more. It can not be found without tearing up the plants.
Sighing!

Just ate, sorry i didnt see this sooner
I sauted them in butter, garlic, oregano and basil. Little pepper and salt. Squirt of lemon juice at the end. Tasty and crisp!
