Evelyn, I bet you'll get rain too!

Andrea ~ There is no rain in our forecast so far for this week. I'll be glad if you get some, though. Hurray!

Evelyn, I thought the rain predicted for Oregon would get down to you, but I guess not. Phooey. If you don't get it, we certainly won't.

And it's finally raining here. Sorinkling actually , but steadily now. Hurray! it started this afternoon, while I was actually working in the garden. So, if course, I had to come inside.

Lucky you, Evelyn. Each time rain has been predicted for my area, it breaks up before it gets to us. Still, I am hopeful. At least our heat wave is over (three straight days of 94 degree highs) and it looks like the hot weather is over for the year. Hurray!

Andrea ~ Yes, so far, it has been cool and breezy, though next week it is predicted to warm up, but not over 80°.

BTW, the ground was barely damp. So I guess it was just considered "sprinkling"😁

I don't mind cool and breezy (except when raking!) Or 80° (max!)

So we'll see what actually happens.

Sounds pretty good for gardening! We are predicted to have showers for five days next week. I am happy to turn off my sprinklers.

It is beautiful here. The weather is perfect. The type of weather that isn't "weather" just calm, mid 70's days. We do get a few days in the spring and fall..absolutely balmy.
We did have a snap cold a few mornings ago. The trees were still in summer mode. Now the trees are in glorious fall gold and reds, unusual for there to be so much color.
It was overnight color change. I suppose the sudden chill is the reason for the unusually colorful leaves. More like New England than Arizona
I am enjoying this little bit of heavenly while it lasts. Yes Indeed!
