Jan, My problem is not the stamps, nor the sheets of paper. Writing the checks is easy enough when I can remember how to spell. it's that darned bank. They require me to put money in before I take it out. I've never quite figured out why??? With all my resent purchases I'm having loads of problems with that concept.

I'm trying to get my DH to take on a job since he doesn't like to work in the daylilies. I don't see why he can't work, cook, clean the house, do the laundry, go to town to buy groceries to cook, and to get all the supplies I have to get to pot my daylilies and then still have plenty of time to do the stuff it is that men like to do. The only thing is, he's got to give me all the money he makes so I can give it to the bank so I can write the checks so I can buy more plants!!!

I want to extend my bloom season so I am interested in Norris instant bloomers and his reliable rebloomers in Zone 5/6. I'd appreciate comments and photos of any one in those zones who have any Norris daylilies. Do they realllllly rebloom for northern daylily lovers?

My neighbor grows many of Richard's. I know that BELLE OF ASHWOOD instant reblooms for him. I will try to remember to ask him for the names of others.

I still want TUSK. I may have a trade in the works. Hoping it will happen and then I will not need to write a ck!

Looked him up and found I have three of his intros: Mary Lightfine, Mary's Baby, Sturm und Drang. All are new, looking forward to seeing the blooms.

I'm in love! Wow, he has some great daylilies. I got so involved in looking at the site that I forgot to come back here last night. Beautiful plants and the stats seem good too. I'm glad I don't have any extra money. If I did, everytime I get introduced to a new website I'd spend like crazy.

I want Jerry Hyatt....

I've finally got Jerry Hyatt coming this spring--has been on my list for quite a while. Now to figure out where to squeeze it in--along with a few others..... They'll actually all get potted up till fall when I'll donate enough older clumps to my local club's sale to make room for the newcomers.

One thing I have found about Jerry Hyatt -- it takes up to 3 years to develop it's branching and bud count. Some of Curt's are like that. So, give it some time. I moved mine in 2010 and it didn't do quite as well this past summer. But, I moved it to a better spot, so it should love it!

I am so glad the daylily I picked for Curt to name after my brother has turned out to be so well liked, and such a good parent.

Your story about Jerry Hyatt is what got me interested in it in the first place, but the flower, is astounding. I appreciate knowing that it needs time to settle in, but that's not a problem for me- I have found several iris & daylilies that need that additional time. ~j
