Susan, I agree with Polly. Have been in one form of customer service or another for 38 years. Now, I have certainly commented to a buyer that there had been no other reports of problems on a particular item, but that was in the nature of trying to reassure them that the replacement should be fine. He should never have said the 'no one ELSE has a problem" implying "so what's YOUR problem" That just isn't how it is supposed to be done, no matter how large the company. I'd either stay away from that company or try to find out who that person was so you can make sure you never get HIM again if there are any future quality issues.

When was new to web garden sites and just starting gardens here,t was soooo helpful to be able to see what others dd wth their spaces.
I also needed guidance on which plants to combine. I am just passing it forward to who-ever.

I'm a visual learner as well and I agree ... photos can get my creative juices flowing. Don't tell me, show me is my general motto.

Something companies seem to forget nowadays is the customer is still always right.

Second order is Naylor Creek, little more expensive but they always have the hard to find and ususual. These three have been on my list for a long time and I was happy to pay the prices, they are great company and have big healthy plants.

I love flat rate.It makes me send a decent order, instead of 10 dollare to ship a five dollar plant.

I know what you mean, I hate that and I always look to see if the seller has more than one that I like just to make the postage worth wild. The only exception I know of right now is IloveHostas.net which has a flate rate of 3.99. I love cheep shipping!
