There is a facebook group of plant nerds who post memes (pictures with funny captions)- this is the direct opposite of our swaps!

I'm thinning out my herd of Christmas cactus. I've listed 6 small and 6 medium pots. I have no idea what color they are.

I've also added more of the daffodil mix, Replete and White Lion. There will be 18 bulbs per pack

Also added... Coleus Mariposa. Working on Chili Pepper and 2 others, but they probably won't be ready in time.

Spider plants... I have these things out that 'wazoo'!. Most of them have runners now.

Would anyone be interested in vintage teapots? Could be used as vases, made into bird feeders, or even used as teapots! Would be similar to these.

Robin, I am interested in a teapot. I want to try one either as a bird feeder or as a planter with a hole drilled into it.

I will bring a selection of teapots with me as there seems to be some interest.

That will be fun!

I have just added some plants to the swap list. As I am running out of both time and energy, these plants will come mostly barefoot. I will make sure their roots are well protected when I dig them up.

I will be bringing my next door neighbor to the swap. She will ride with Francine and me.

Amaryllises -- skip past if you're not interested in them

I'll check this week to see if Amaryllises are in yet at ADR. If so, we can hopefully distribute them at the swap. If not, we'll meet up another time -- maybe Sunday 10/13 if that works for folks -- I can drive with them to some central location. So far, I'm just delivering them to Lisa, BUT...

Would anybody be interested in ordering Amaryllises for October delivery? Tree-mail me, and Please indicate if you could pick them up in the Frederick/DC area if they don't come in time for the swap. If there's interest, I'll start a thread. Thanks!

If the landscape / decor person at the retirement village wants some, we'll be ordering for sure, and I'll try to get Minerva and Denver for you, Lisa. The Peruvian varieties are about $5, Dutch are $5.50 to $7.50 depending on variety -- all for JUMBO bulbs. One of the best deals around, and great for Christmas gifting.

No one seems to be interested in my Lamb Ears ? This winter I am going to see what colors I have of the Hellebores and put markers for the Summer Swap.

ADR says amaryllises should be in this week, with same day shipping, so there's a fairly good chance of having them for the swap.

Jill, what is the minimum and can I order any of them or is there a list to choose from?

Frenchy, I'm going to start a thread for them... as a group, we need to buy them in boxes of 10 of a variety. You can promote any of ADR's available varieties to get more people to order with you... you don't need to buy 10 of a variety unless everybody else hates it LOL.

Frenchy, I ordered several Amaryllis bulbs, mostly Peruvian. Will be happy to sell you some.

Lisa, we'll see what happens with the new thread.... I can shake loose a bulb or two of each of those 4 we ordered also, if we don't do a second order. I currently have you down for 3 each of those varieties. If we order more, I'll switch that to 2 each so you can get in on additional varieties.
