Our Aurora Sea will not bloom this year. I'm sorry as I wanted to use the pollen for MDBs. Have you ever tried crossing? Granted you have to get down flat on the ground to do MDBs. Up is the problem. Whistling I grab my garden kneeler to do that.

Beautiful SDB's, ladies! I had EYE OF SAURON but it wouldn't bloom for me in my climate. I just love Paul Black's medians! But it's so nice to see your garden pictures in addition to the hybridizers' pictures!

Jo Ann, that top one is very striking! Love it!

I got this one from Keppel last fall: Icon. the first photo is of it not quite opened one morning before I went to work, the second was that evening, after an all day rain. Isn't it just the cutest little thing? The color in real life is more like the first photo. Love the bright orange beards.
