I can't wait to get on here a couple of times each day to see what everyone has posted. I know it takes a lot of time to upload and crop before posting them. I really appreciate all of you for taking the time to post. Some of my favorites lately are Bass Gibson, Port Orange, Can't Touch This, and Violet Stained Glass. I just got Port Orange this year from Dot. I love Trimmer's oranges and have a bunch of them together in one bed.

I have nothing to post today, it was 40º this morning and by the time the daylilies opened I only had time to pollinate because I was too busy cleaning daylilies. Tomorrow should be a good day to take photos.

I was just going to say that my Port Orange has scapes and should be blooming soon, I just love the Trimmer oranges. This year I will have Baja California pollen to put on them. I have a huge scape on Parrot Moon, it was sooo pretty last year. I can hardly wait for my orange ones to start blooming.

Ann and I made some good trades this year.

Sometimes a daylily just jumps out at me as something different.

Weather is supposed to be back to normal (or is it really unnormal for this time of year) so the daylilies should be open and ready to be photographed.

We had rain overnight. Very dreary out right now and looks like more rain coming. Supposed to only be in the 50's today.

Michele, the first two scapes on PORT ORANGE are under 2', but I did just plant it a month or two ago and have high hopes for the future. It is such a gorgeous, impressive daylily and it should be 28" at some point.

Oh yes, and I really love that VIOLET STAINED GLASS!

I think Watermelon Taffy is my favorite today. I'm a sucker of anything orange or any shade of orange.
