Ursula, Great plants there! Love the Bulbophyllums....
Yes, Irene F. has opened...all 4 . Have yours?
Now 8 catts open and they all look very similar. My favorite of the 3 varieties is the LC Mary Dickert 'Mendenhall'. The fragrance is amazing.

Oh Janice, can't wait for the pics!! 8 catts!!! Wish you could send us the scent of LC Mary Dickert 'Mendenhall'! I often notice that I am very consistent in my tastes and lots of my plants look alike.

Ursula, love the lion teeth on the Vanda. Wonderful. Of course those Bulbos are truly great! Not only is the falcatum var. falcatum crowd complaining, but they have their tongues sticking out at each other!! I laughed aloud! Hilarious! Bulbophyllum maximum flowers has great personality too. Would you put those two in the database??? Pretty please?

My E. bractescens only produces skimpy, wimpy spikes mounted. Maybe I should pot it like yours.
I got all excited thinking my Sedirea japonica was spiking but it looks to be a root, not a spike. Oh well, roots are good too! Someday I'll get that Lc. Love Knot.

Bree, not sure what else is in that first flower! I thought of digbyana but there's no fringe.

Love your happy Epi, Todd. Do you think this might be Dendrobium Garnet Jewel?

Calanthe x kozu looks more relaxed now. The flowers are smaller than I thought they would be. Very delicate, and I love the tuxedo tuck lips.

It sits in water, has some oyster shells every fall when it comes in, but it's always just been a happy jumbo baby. I try not to get the leaves wet like I used to.

Todd, Kathy, Ursula, again with so many wonderful blooms and plants, it's a thrill to scan down through this thread. Too many nice ones to mention as they are all outstanding, but I too am intrigued by cymbidium look of Encyclia bractescens. Kathy, I think your Noirmont must be a 4n to be that robust, I'd it is an award winner, lucky you.
