Yes, those strange Shunkyuden blooms are neat? You can't quite believe what you are seeing? I certainly wouldn't want to call them pretty. Interesting is more like it, I think.

June was certinly an outstanding months for blooms. I just went back and looked at them all again and am still amazed at all the variety of forms and colors.

Here's Brassocattleya Hoku Gem 'Freckles' HCC/AOS again. Now that it has aged, I like the yellow color. The second bloom dried up. I think I will put it into another potting media. Just in the clay pellets now.
