The one on the right looks like one I saw on ebay which was from Puerto Rico.

What a beautiful mixture of blooms. I checked out Piping Rock. Very tempting, but I think I'd better stop with the 5 paphs I have until I find out if they will rebloom for me. It worries me when I hear some of you experts can't get them to rebloom.

What great willpower, Susan. I don't bloom them easily I admit but that never stops me from having a collection of one genus. The fun is trying to figure it out and then BAMMO you have all of them blooming! Love that high! (Orchid grower's mantra: "I am an idiot, I am an idiot, a spike!!!! I am an EXPERT. Well...I am lucky.")

I better get my act together, Roger West, a local member of the AOS is coming at 11AM to see my orchids and daylilies! I love buying his cattleyas-they are so healthy and no shipping so they are used to this area. That's all he grows.

Had a great time talking to Roger. I love to talk to orchid growers, obviously. He liked my collection and thought I was doing a good job. Great to hear!
Went to Olallie daylilies this afternoon. Got my DBF to take a break. An idyllic day!!
