Technically I think we're zone 5 here but with climate change and all I find I can get away with zone 6.
I'm thinking of getting another Bletilla and keeping it in the cellar over winter and taking it outdoors for the summer. Would love to get one of the yellow ones!
Thanks Kathy, I know I bought a ton of plants since you've opened this slice of heaven..and I fully expected to loose
a mess of them, right off the bat...but to not loose any ( knock on wood!) and to get some of them to spike and bloom,
well, I couldn't be any more pleased!
Plant Delights only ships to Can with a phyto and that gets pricey, they add a $5 handling for each plants....yikes. For now I will admire from afar I'll see if I can find one of the variegated pink ones this summer, my old one was a white with a pink blush
