I keep running inside to add more, then a run to HD for more drip line hoses (yahoo, I love my talented hubby, I have a long honey-do list for him!), then outside to plant, water, help with drip line, inside for a drink of water and add more plants to list, back outside for more planting. On fun overload! And I have tons of photos to edit and add after doing a trip to a local rhodie nursery and tour through Zuzu's garden again yesterday!

Housework is on the back burner. Actually, grand kids are coming in handy.

I hate to stop working on my list but one MUST go brush teeth sometime. Then I can come back to the list.

Oh, let me tell you, this beats the heck out of the crummy Excel spreadsheet I've been using for my lists!

I got everything in my list. Now to organize & create categories.
Guess those new images I took today are going to have to wait a bit to go into the db. Tomorrow is another day.

Nope, it's up and running with almost 20,000 plants currently being listed by almost a hundred members. I'd say the plant list is in prime time.

I was surprised not to get any requests for seeds yet.

I wonder if my reputation for being slow has preceeded me?

I think everyone is too busy getting their own lists together to have much time to look to see what anyone else has on offer!

I also suspect that many gardeners who trade seeds might have a similar experience to me. A few years of hyper-frantic trading and acquisition ... followed by realizing that I have zero bed space left, and enough variety of seeds to last me for approximately 100,000,000 years.

I'm not yet competing with the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, but now that I have more interesting seeds than I can plant in 5 years, I really, really don't need more seeds!

I also think that you may have to promote your trade list and that you are actively looking for trading opportunities.

Ahhh. I think of that as "pimping my seeds".

I'd have to gather up my energy and find some spare time before promising rapid turn-around.
