Doesn't Fred make lovely seedlings? All of them are wonderful, and Thank You! to all for your comments about my seedlings. I have two to show today:

Thumb of 2019-05-19/Avedon/eb467c
Moon Over Monterey/Dragonfly Dawn #8. Of the eight seedlings produced by this cross, this is the only one that has shown the DD-type patterned eye. This is the first flower ever, from the 2016 planting. I doubt this one will stay around very long. I notice very few of my seedlings have taller scapes, most are short. Same as the next one:

Thumb of 2019-05-19/Avedon/d18e1f
Dragonfly Dawn/Thundercat#4--this is almost identical to #5 except for the color, which I'm not sure what it is, peach/pink/tan blend? But the scape is even shorter than #5, so these will most likely be removed at the end of the bloom season.

This,is a 3 yrear old rescue. I have had for two yrs. I took it from not good enoughs at JTM gardens. It is a cross of Aunt Pollys Paddle and Banana Smoothie. Branching and bud count is crazy. It is short, but scapes comes above fans. I call it Not da Banana

Very neat yellow, Roger. Here is My Heart Belongs To Daddy/? #2, the yellow I thought I would toss. Today it just happened to bloom three lovely big flowers, so it may get to hang on a little longer.

I've now gotten blooms on both of my favorite seedlings that first bloomed last year, and I still am enthused about them. My number one seedling to date is the one in my avatar, a seedling from the cross WILD DREAMS x FASHION ICON, and here is its first bloom for the second season:
Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/3725c1 Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/d180c4
This bloom was a little darker than I remembered, but I did have it on my back porch to keep it away from the rain so that might have affected the coloring a little bit; and it appears a little lighter in the pictures than it actually was.

And my second favorite is from the cross RUFFLED PINK PERFECTION x WONDER OF IT ALL, and here is today's bloom:
Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/7e7bbd

Another bloom on that fourth sibling from my PORT ORANGE x LILLIAN'S STUFF AND SUCH cross, and the coloring is much better and deeper on this one.
Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/686046

And a duo on the apricot seedling from the same cross. I didn't like it at all at first, and I'm not sure what I think of it now, but I do like the edging...
Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/137e7b

And my smaller flowered bright orange seedling from the cross FLAMES OF BEAUTY x DR CELIA STUMP is now beginning to show a few teeth, so again I put frozen BITES LIKE A THOUSAND TEETH pollen on it. Sure hope it takes...
Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/7f0b55

And here is an interesting seedling that I just discovered late yesterday afternoon. It had been raining off and on all day with a high temp around 65, and I just happened to glance at my seedling patch from my kitchen window and this one caught my attention:
Thumb of 2019-05-21/Betja/f5db6a
And I really like what I could see from the top two petals! The cross is JOSIE x BLUE DARLING, and I purchased the seeds from James (JWWC) back in 2014. So I'll be keeping m eye on this one...

Avedon You don't see all the ones I don't post, have a lot more dogs than good ones. DRAGONFLY DAWN'S scape was never very tall for me. love the eye in the second one. That yellow is also nice.

That is a nice seedling out of BANANNA SMOOTHIE, the rebloom scapes may be taller, I had several plants with short scapes on first bloom.

Your right Dave, I have seedlings blooming that I scratch my head and dought that I have the cross written down.

Betty you need to send me a piece of that first seeding, I am still using FASHION ICON and WILD DREAMS so I am going to make that cross today just in case you forget to send me some. All of them are very nice, except that last one, it's a little iffy.

Electric Mist/Dragonfly Dawn #2. This is the first flower and I never expected to see anything from this plant. It is really wimpy, only one fan produced in two and a half years. I was going to toss it last year, but husband wanted to keep it, so he does get to see something from it.

do you have any bud count or size / height information?

Well, I am so behind. Been cleaning decks and outdoor furniture. Grumbling

But Avedon, Dragonfly Dawn x Thundercat #4 is quite fetching. Maybe
when the plant is more developed the scapes will be taller. And, those
yellows are breathtaking. They do jump out in all that beautiful green
foliage.

Dave, those are very striking pinks you have there. Lovely blooms.
Your S17-81 Joyce Broussard x sdlg. is absolutely spectacular. Love
the colors.

Digger, I think the yellow unusual form is awesome. Love those long
beautiful buds, and there are so many of them. Also, I think the scape
height is just fine. Always a good height for placement in many garden designs.

Betty, your Wild Dreams x Fashion Icon is for sure a pulchritudinous blossom.
I think that one deserves a long lettered descriptive. nodding All the others are
impressive too, especially Ruffled Pink Perfection x Wonder of it All, and the blazing orange Flames of Beauty x Dr. Celia Stump.

Fred, both of those are adorable as is usual for you. First-rate beauties with
awesome designs. Very impressive. Love the colors of both on Moon Sworn x
Coffee to Go and Lillian's Hot and Spicy x Suburban Carey Roberts.

There are so many gorgeous flowers this year. Kinda makes us want them
all, doesn't it?
